The adult Judo program has been developed for adults aged 16 years and older. Students can participate three times a week . Our instructors bring to the club a wide variation of Judo styles from around the globe.
Judo will not only help you get and stay fit, but is a great form of self-defence.
The adult class is under the direction of Sensei Howard DuBois who who has 15 years of Aikido experience and has spent the last 21 years studying Judo. Howard was also a member of the Ontario Kata Team and competed Nationally.
