Teen Judo

DSC02454The Teen Judo Classes are held four times per week.

The Teen Judo Program is under the direction of Sensei Gerald Chen who has many years of experience working with youth.  Sensei Gerald classes are dynamic, creative and fun.

Eligibility – Must be 13 to 16 years of age, Yellow to Green Belt.

Teen Classes – Classes are Mondays and Thursdays from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 noon to 10:30 pm.

The focus on the teen class is increasing fitness, giving them skills to help defend them selves through Judo.  This class is quite challenging and will push them to their physical limits.

Our goal is to develop a life-long learning approach to Judo by providing a fun but challenging environment and teaching the fundamentals of Judo while getting fit. Our main objective is to develop life skills incorporating the philosophy of Judo by developing the

Focus
Sportsmanship
