The White to Yellow/Orange Belt program has been developed for children 6 to 15 years of age.
The classes are held three times a week and cover three categories in the Long Term Development Models
(LTAD) as follows:

Active Start - Focuses on daily, physical activity in unstructured and semi-structured environments
emphasizing basic movement skills.

Fundamentals - Focuses on the ABC's of athleticism in a fun, participatory environment.
Basic movement skills and general development leading to physical literacy.

Learning to Train - Begins integration of physical, emotional, cognitive and effective
development; emphasis on skill development.
