The Orange to Brown Belt program has been developed for children 8 to 15 years of age. The classes are held
three times per week and cover the following categories in the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model:
- Fundamentals - Focuses on the ABC's of athleticism in a fun, participatory environment.
Basic movement skills and general development leading to physical literacy.
- Learning to Train - Begins integration of physical, emotional, cognitive, and effective
development; emphasis on skill development.
- Training to Train (U15) - Consists of sport-specific skill development with emphasis on aerobic
and strength development according to Peak Height Velocity indicators.
